Midland Area Youth Football

Welcome to the 2025 Football Player Registration for Midland Area Youth Football!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from MAYFL.  

ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER ON-LINE AND BE PAID IN FULL, PRIOR TO EQUIPMENT PICKUP. 

You must upload proof of player's school enrollment. Acceptable documentation could include a screenshot of your child's records on ParentVue or your school system's portal showing name and school, a photo of last year's report card, or something similar. (Because we align teams based on elementary school areas, we prefer 6th graders entering middle school to show the previous year's information if still available.)

Note: If you're interesting in coaching your child's team, please apply via our coaching application. All coaches are subject to criminal background checks.

**T-to-T (Tackle-to-Tackle) restrictions: Players weighing more than the listed weight are eligible ONLY for tackle-to-tackle/interior line play on both offense and defense.  See league rules for complete details.  There are no minimum or maximum weights aside from these restrictions, but the league reserves the right to place players according to their weight or ability to ensure fair and safe play.

Tackle football (prep and junior) rates are applied prior to any discount for flag football. 

Flag registration fee includes a personalized team jersey and rental of flag football equipment.

Junior and Prep registration fee includes a personalized team jersey, helmet decals, and rental of all football equipment.

MAYFL reserves the right to place players according to their weight or ability to ensure fair and safe play.

The following items are required at weigh-in/equipment pickup for each child:

• A parent or legal guardian must be present.
• Child must be present.
• Proof of school enrollment (indicating school of attendance) must be provided.
• Payment of fees via online or cash payment BEFORE equipment pickup.

• Practices will be announced via league email
• Games will be played on consecutive Saturdays from September 6 to October 11

Family discounts are available as described in the table above. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.
